Quick Notes: There are plenty of recipes for taco soup out there. This one is great because it’s super easy. Just dump shit in a pan and wait for the flavors to mingle.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef, browned
- 2 cans black beans
- 2 cans corn
- 2 cans diced tomatoes
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 packet ranch (just the packet)
- 1/2 white onion, diced
- 1 can of water
- -FOR GARNISH
- Jalapeno
- Grated cheese
- Sour cream
- Cilantro
- Fritos scoops
Instructions
- Throw all that shit in a pot, except garnish and cook over medium heat until onions are clear.
- Garnish with whatever you like from the list.
- That's the whole fucking thing. Easy, right?
