Quick Notes: This easy ham and cheese quiche is real hard to fuck up, so just don’t. If you have a great crust recipe you can use that, but I just buy the frozen ones. They’re a great time saver.
Ingredients
- 1 frozen pie crust
- 5 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup cubed ham chunks
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend is good here)
- Salt and Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425 degrees.
- In a bowl, whisk your eggs.
- Throw literally everything else into the bowl and mix it together until combined. Salt and pepper that biatch.Â
- Put your pie crust on a cookie sheet.
- Pour all your shit in the pie crust. Move stuff around if it seems like all your filling pieces are clumping together.Â
- Bake in the oven for 40 minutes. Check it at 30 just to be sure.
