Quick Notes: This is a super easy recipe that everyone should hypothetically already have in their recipe book. That being said, I’m sure there are those that don’t and want an easy way to find one. You can make Veggie Tempura with pretty much anything. My recommendations are things like green beans, sweet potatoes, squash, carrots, and zucchini. I’ve also used this same recipe to fry sushi rolls. You could also use it for meat or shrimp.
