Quick Notes: Let’s call this what it is; a thinly veiled excuse to sit down and eat a block of cream cheese. This Beer Dip can obviously be made without adding beer, but is drastically more delicious with the beer.

Ingredients
- 1 package cream cheese, softened
- 1 package cooked bacon pieces
- One bushel green onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
- 2 oz beer (pilsner or lager is best)
Instructions
- Pour all that shit in a bowl.
- Stir.
- Top with a few additional chives/bacon/cheese for purely aesthetic reasons.
- Serve with pretzels.
