This sweet and savory no bake cheesecake is absolutely to die for. It’s decadent and rich, so you don’t want to eat too much of it which is probably a good thing.
Ingredients
- 1 blind baked graham cracker crust
- 2 8oz packages of cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 standard-size Hershey bar
- 1 Skor bar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- whipped cream (whip your own if you're a glutton for punishment, but store-bought is fine)
Instructions
- In a stand mixer with the paddle attachment (or in a large bowl if using a hand mixer) add your cream cheese and mix until smooshy.
- Add in your sour cream and mix until combined.
- Slowly mix in your powdered sugar.
- Melt your Hershey bar. I use the microwave half-power method doing 20 seconds at a time to achieve this, but if you prefer a double boiler, go for it.
- Mix in your chocolate-ey goodness and your vanilla extract.
- Once everything is well mixed, pour it out into your crust and refrigerate for at least four hours, but overnight is preferable.
- When serving, top it with the crushed up Skor bar, a drizzle of sweetened condensed milk, and whipped cream.
