Quick Notes: You could totally eat these for dinner, but the idea is that they’re a party snack. There’s a ton of corners you can cut to make these Chicken Bacon Ranch Sliders easier, and get them on the table for your guests faster.
Ingredients
- 1 package King's Hawaiian Rolls
- 1 lb shredded chicken (simplify it: just buy a bag of frozen shredded chicken)
- 1 cup of ranch dressing (here's a great recipe https://www.apinchofhealthy.com/ranch-dressing-from-scratch/ but feel free to make it from the packet or use a bottle from the store.
- 1 lb bacon, cooked (simplify it by buying microwavable bacon)
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 teaspoon parsley
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 525 F broil.Â
- Cut your whole pack of rolls down the middle so you have the tops and bottoms separately. Lay the tops on a cookie sheet and the bottoms on a separate cookie sheet,Â
- Mix about 1/4 cup of ranch with your shredded chicken an pile it all onto the bottoms of the rolls. Then, lay the bacon on top of it like a delicious lasagna layer. Then top that all with offensive amounts of cheese. Just, go for itÂ
- In a small dish, melt your butter and add your garlic and parsley. Don't overdo it if you use the microwave, for real.Â
- On the tops of the tops, brush the melted butter and seasonings over the tops of the rolls.Â
- Put these both in the oven on the top rack.  Watch it.
- It should take 5-7 minutes for the tops to brown and the cheese to melt on the bottom halves.Â
- Remove from the oven, and carefully add the tops to the bottoms. Slice through into separate sandwiches, plate and serve.
