This Easy Caprese Salad a great easy side for a BBQ. I serve it a lot with steak or chicken. It’s a good way to keep your meal lower carb by adding a side with a little protein and veggies.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella pearls, drained
  • 16 oz grape or cherry tomatoes
  • .05 oz fresh basil
  • a smidgen of olive oil
  • balsamic reduction or a balsamic glaze for topping
  • (optional) clove of garlic

Instructions

  1. Put all the shit except the glaze in the bowl and stir it together.
  2. Voila, you've made a salad. Serve it with the reduction on top.
