This Easy Caprese Salad a great easy side for a BBQ. I serve it a lot with steak or chicken. It’s a good way to keep your meal lower carb by adding a side with a little protein and veggies.
Ingredients
- 8 oz fresh mozzarella pearls, drained
- 16 oz grape or cherry tomatoes
- .05 oz fresh basil
- a smidgen of olive oil
- balsamic reduction or a balsamic glaze for topping
- (optional) clove of garlic
Instructions
- Put all the shit except the glaze in the bowl and stir it together.
- Voila, you've made a salad. Serve it with the reduction on top.
