Quick Notes: This Instant Pot Chili Ginger Pork Loin is legit one of my favorite recipes I’ve made in a long while. It does have some heat, which I bumped up with some seasonings, but feel free to remove that if you think chili sauce carries enough kick for ya.
Ingredients
- 3 lb pork loin
- 12 oz bottle chili sauce
- 1/4 cup lite soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons minced ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- sesame seeds
Instructions
- Sear the pork loin using olive oil on high heat in a skillet. Sear on all sides.
- Throw everything except sesame seeds in the instant pot. Close the lid, seal, manual cook for 15 minutes. Natural release for 8. Quick-release any remaining pressure. Â
- Turn off the instant pot and remove the loin to a cutting board. Let it rest for about five minutes.Â
- Slice, and serve topped with sauce and sesame seeds.Â
