Quick Notes: Ever feel like you need a reason to just sit and eat a fucking block of cream cheese? Me too. This jalapeno popper dip is here for you. I serve this cold because I prefer it that way. If you want it bubbly and melty, feel free to drop it in the oven for like 20 minutes. It’s good that way too. I usually serve it with Wheat Thins because it’s a thick dip, but do whatever makes your heart sing.
Ingredients
- 2 blocks of cream cheese, softened
- 3 jalapenos, diced - seeds removed
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar/your favorite mix + more for topping
- 4 oz REAL bacon bits (you can buy the little bags in the salad section of most stores or crumble your own)
Instructions
- Mix your jalapenos, cream cheese,Ā shredded cheese, and about 3/4 of your bacon bits in a bowl until combined. For the love of God, don't touch your eyeballs.Ā Ā
- Smooth it out and top with cheese and remaining bacon bits.Ā
- If you want it, throw it in the oven.Ā If you want it cool toss it in the fridge for a bit to set up.
