Quick Notes: This recipe is definitely a comfort food classic. When the temperatures drop suddenly roasted meat is my jam, and these Wine Braised Short Ribs and Veggies are a flavorful way to keep warm in the cold. I made these with a mash, but you could totally add potatoes to this mix and they would be delicious. You could also use a roast or other beef cut, but you might want to attempt to make the meat more tender.
